1903, Gustave Charles Gobron Alexis, co-founder with Eugene Brillié brand.

Gobron-Brillié, decided to build a race car capable of beating the record.

Gobron-Brillié was previously best known for his motor running poly-fuel gasoline as well as alcohol. Performance made possible through the use of a power system rotary feeder which replaces the traditional carburetor. But it is ultimately a more conventional carbureted engine that will power the first "racing machine". 4-cylinder, 12 hp to 60 300 cm3.
